SHIPPING
-READY TO SHIP
Shipping is provided to you by USPS or UPS.
At check out, you can see their current rates and estimated delivery times.
Generally shipping usually takes 3-5 business days with USPS and 2-3 business days with UPS.
-PRE-ORDERS/WHOLESALE
For preorders and wholesale shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. All wholesale orders will be shipped via UPS ONLY.
-CUSTOM ITEM ORDERS
For custom items shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
-GIFT CARDS/DIGITAL PRODUCTS
No physical product will be shipped. Gift cards and any other digital product will be available via EMAIL ONLY, immediately after payment has processed.
PROCESSING TIME
-READY TO SHIP
Processing time may take 1-2 business days for ready to ship orders.
-PRE-ORDERS/WHOLESALE
Processing time can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
-CUSTOM ITEM ORDERS
Custom orders require additional time for production. There is a process of crafting and hand-setting each piece, so it takes time. Please allow 4-5 weeks for all custom items to be processed and shipped. We will keep you updated throughout the process if needed. Please note that we cannot guarantee a certain delivery date when it comes to custom orders.
We ship Monday-Friday only. Please keep in mind we DO NOT ship on Weekends and Holidays.
This does not mean if you order Monday your order will go out Tuesday, processing time still applies.
If you fail to provide the correct and full shipping information for your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees to reship your package.
All tracking numbers are sent via email or sms text. You will receive tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and is on the way.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates will vary based on the size, weight and the destination of the item(s).
LOST/UNDELIVERED
If you have missed your package, please make arrangements to retrieve the package from your local courier.
If you have a package marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local courier immediately.
We are not responsible for any opened, damaged, or stolen packages.
All packages are insured so in these cases an insurance claim must be filed.
RETURN TO SENDER
If a package is sent and is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address and/or wrong information, once the order is received back to us the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to reship order. If you prefer not to have the order reshipped then you will receive a e-gift card for the purchase amount minus shipping and tax fees. No refund will be given.
